We are descendants of Jacob Harrington of Greene County, New York.Jacob was born in May 1809. He died April 22, 1885, in Watkins Glen, New York.He was married to Eliza Monroe.He moved to Canada and returned to the US in 1840 and lived in Penn Yan, NY.In 1842 He moved to Watkins Glen, NY and in 1843 He moved to Burdett, New York and worked in a brick yard 4 years. In 1847 moved back to Watkins Glen, NY, where he ran a Brick and Lime Kiln Yard for 14 years.
