Hazel Harding of YorkshireUpdated November 20, 2008 | This research is a joining of several families to form mainly the Harding family tree. The Hardings originate mainly from Brampton Cumberland but gradually came to Yorkshire through marriage and now most of us live in Yorkshire I have also researched my own tree and found several relatives I did not know about.My other tree is on Genes Reunited and I am amazed at the number of people who are related whether it be distant relatives or not I cannot amalgamate both trees as I was adopted and I cannot incorporate two mothers in one tree.In my Genes Reunited are my orignal family i.e. sisters, birth parent etc.In this tree are my adopted family and both my first husbands relatives and my second husbands family I have found that researching my family has become very addictive and the more I find the more I want to find.It is also amazing how many "family secrets" you can find out i.e. I never understood why my adoptive father never visited his real father until I found that his mother has died during his birth and his father had not had the decency to wait to remarry.My father never said this but now I have found an answer I feel sure I am right. |
