5. DAVID² MIZE (BENJAMIN¹) was born Abt. 1790 in Patrick Co., Virginia, and died Bet. 1850 - 1853 in Barren Co., Kentucky. He married MARY 'POLLY' QUISENBERRY February 20, 1806. She was born in Viginia, and died Bet. 1840 - 1850 in Barren Co., Kentucky.

Notes for DAVID MIZE:
David and Polly Mize attended Dripping Springs Baptist Church in October 1820 which is located on the County line between Barren and Metcalfe Co., Kentucky. Several of their children are found in Metcalfe Co., KY in Census Records after 1850. Indications from Church and Land Deed records, David lived in the extreme Northeast part of Barren County on the boarder of Metcalf where present day Hwy 70 is located.

Apparently David Mize died in or prior to 1853 as evidenced by Land Sales of his surviving children.
