Beth Crisp Koughan writes, "I grew up in Columbus, about 16 mi. from Schuyler, so we were very close with my grandparents living in Schuyler. Grampa (Lawrence) was a veterinarian, he passed away in 1963 following a stroke. I had MANY fun times visiting local farms with him, tending to various animals."
