We have a picture of me with her too. She died when I was five and I remember going to the funeral. I remember being fine during the ceremony, then on the way home I cried and cried."
My Grandma Phyllis & Mother told me she worked at the Campbell's Soup factory when she was younger. She had to raise her children (she had many) by herself because her husband left them. She worked very hard raising the kids by herself. When my Grandma & Grandpa first married, she said he would drop her off with his mother (Garnet) and he would go off partying with his friends!
