I give and bequeath to my wife Luann one-third of my Creek farm including the building. Also one horse or mare, milk cow and one year's provision to sustain the family and stock and all the household and kitchen furniture during her natural life. To my daughter Lurana F. Meddow (correctly spelled Lorena Frances Meador) her ......... her body for use and benefit during her natural life thirty .......... and 1/3 acres of my creek farm on the south end. To my son William Stovall Spears .............. three and 1/3 acres of my creek farm.
To my eleven remaining children, to wit: (he only names 10) Robert R. Spears, William S. Spears, Samuel A. Spears, Granville J. Spears, Fountain J. Spears, Squir B. Spears, Virgil B. Spears, and Loover L. Spears, and Elizabeth Spears, Par...... J. Spears all the farm on which I now live to be divided between them so as to make them all equal. As Robert R. and William S. got $50 and Elizabeth got $25, the remainder of my estate is to be divided equal between my thirteen children. I will that all my children be made equal at my wife's death. I appoint my son Robert R. Spears exec.
