Notes for Ernest Leroy Cottrill: OBIT #1 Ernest Cottrill GLOUSTER - Services for Ernest L. Cottrill, 45, of Gahanna, formerly of Glouster, will be Tuesday at 1 pm at Guinther Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Kirsch officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home any time after 2 p.m. today where the family will be in attendance from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mr Cottrill died unexpectedly at his home Friday of an apparent heart attack. Born in Nelsonville, he was the son of Lawrence and Dorothy Misner Cottrill of Glouster. He is also survived by a son, Ernest Jr.; three daughters, Lori Jo, Crystal and Cassandra, all of Columbus; four sisters, Martha Humphrey of Nelsonville, Laurene Breeze of Logan, Ruth Cottrill of Glouster, and Audrey Stevens of Chauncey; three brothers, David of Oasafena, Texas, Orville of Chesterhill, RIchard of Athens; and 29 nieces and nephews.

Born in Nelsonville, he was the son of Lawrence and Dorothy Misner Cottrill of Glouster. Besides his parents, he is survived by a son, Ernest Jr.; three daughters, Lori Jo, Crystal and Cassandra, all of Cloumbus; four sisters, Martha Humphrey of Nelsonville, Laurene Breeze of Logan, Ruth Cottrill of Glouster and Audrey Stevens of Chauncey; three brothers, David of Pasadena, TX. Orville of Chesterhill and Richard of Athens; and 29 nieces and nephews. Service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at Guinther Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Kirsch officiating, Butial was in Maplewood Cemetery.
