The first ancestor to immigrate to America was Hans Hubner, born about 1684 in Selesia, came to America in 1734, settled in Montgomery Co. Pennsylvania, and died 9/17/1754.He had 3 children but the line I am currently working on is through his son Melchior Hubner, born 1723 and died 5/1/1807.Melchior's son, John Hubner, was born 1763 and died 1815.I am trying to find information about his wife.John had a son, John Heavener, born 1797 and died 4/10/1877.His son was Wilson Heavener, born 1/31/1825 and died 12/18/1900.I have information on their wives and their other children and their spouses down to the present.I currently have about 1300 descendents, including their spouses, of Hans.I am seeking to fill in any missing information down to the current time and also try to go back to family history in Selesia, which I believe was a part of Germany. Please contact me if you think you may have a connection with this line.Give me your Heavener parents, grand parents etc and their birth and death dates. There is a museum, The Schwenkfelder Museum, where the early family history is recorded and I plan to submit to them all the additional information I can find so that it will be available to future generations. I am also willing to share information with those who contact me. | |
