Hi! I am searching the following surnames: JOHNSON (Mpls, MN and Eau Clair, WI), ZIEBARTH (Mpls, MN), EVERSON (MN, Eau Clair, WI and Norway?), SLETTON (MN and Norway?), WALKER (WI, MN), KLAPPER (MN, WI, Germany) HEBERLIG (PA and Switzerland), RYNARD (PA), QUIGLEY (PA and Ireland). I would like to hear from you if you have any information that might be useful.
I have not had much luck with the Johnson side as Otto Johnson was a stow away on a ship from Norway when he was 13 or 14 years old, which would put that time frame around the late 1800's or very early 1900's. Otto changed his last name from Ause or Ous (do not know the spelling)to Johnson when he arrived at Ellis Island. I am waiting for more information from a Grandmother on Heberlig's and Quigley's so I will update this soon.
