      1. William1 Ingram was born May 09, 1816 in Tennessee, and died April 04, 1908 in Millersburg, Iowa County, English Township, Iowa. He married (1) Artemisa Fuel/Fewell February 06, 1840 in Saluda, Jefferson County, Indiana, by Jacob M. Cox (Source: Marriage of William Ingram & Artemisa Fuel, Jefferson Co. IN. Marriage Records 1811-1873, p. 69.), daughter of Mason Fuel/Fewell and Sarah Fiddle. She was born December 03, 1818 in Indiana, and died September 02, 1882 in Millersburg, Iowa County, English Township, Iowa (Source: Death of William Ingram: Millersburg, IA newspaper.). He married (2) Angeline Brainerd Pryor 1883 in Millersburg, Iowa. She was born April 18, 1822, and died December 17, 1909.

William Ingram, was born in Tennessee, May 9th, 1816. Died at his home in Millersburg, Iowa, April 4th, 1908, aged 91 years, 10 months and 28 days. When 12 years of age he with his parents moved to Indiana, and later in 1853 he moved to Iowa, living first in Keokuk County, near South English. He afterwards moved to Decatur County and in 1860 moved to Iowa County in the vicinity of Millersburg where his home has ever since been. In 1833 (This should say 1840. Source: Jefferson County, Indiana Marriage Records 1811-1873) he was married to Miss Artemesia Fewel. To them were born ten children, eight sons and the two daughters, Mrs. Emily Stannard of Millersburg, Iowa, and Mrs. Eliza Markwell of Clay Center, Nebraska, survive him. His wife died in 1882 and in 1883 he was again married to Mrs. Angeline Pryor with whom his life since has been passed at their home in Millersburg. In his early young manhood he was converted and united with the Baptist Church, but later united with the Methodist Episcopal Church in Millersburg of which he has ever since been a member, until he was, by the Great Head of the Church transferred into the Church Triumphant. Mr. Ingram has alway been a man of a strong, vigorous constitution and only a few weeks since gave promise of passing the century, but a sudden breaking down of the house in which he had dwelt for nearly 92 years, has separated him from those who have known him so long, but reunited him with the greater number of his relatives and friends who had passed over the river.
Besides his wife, who is 85 years of age, he leaves six children, thirty-two grandchildren, forty six great-grand child. He also leaves a host of friends who will long miss Grandpa Ingram. The funeral services were held in the Methodist Episcopal Chruch of Millersburg, Iowa, on Monday, April 6th at 10 a.m. and were conducted by the Rev. E. C. Brooks.
