I am convinced that every Heiert in the world today is related somehow. This is the first step in proving that. The first Heiert came to this country from Untersteinach Bavaria around 1850. They settled in the Camp Springs area of Campbell County Kentucky. Many still live there and a sizeable portion of our ancestors are buried there also. During World War II my aunt corresponded with some of our cousins in the old country. Unfortunately everyone is gone who might know who these people were. My hope is that other Heiert's will see this and be able to help link us all together
