Elizabeth Christina Zollern (Zollne) -- George fought and survived the Revolutionary War! JOHN G. YEISLEY 1787-1843 m. Salome Kemmerer (1789-?) -- Grandparents of Emanuel Hush Yeisley, Sultana Disaster Survivor. DAVID YEISLEY (1st) 1826-1917 m. Olivia Ellsworth (Missouri). DAVID HAMILTON YEISLEY 1863-1920 m. Susan Jane "Jennie" Elsey 1865-1890 (David from Missouri, Jennie from Ohio) married in Territory of Washington, King County. DAVID LESLIE YEISLEY, Sr.(April 1, 1890-December 13, 1980) m. Pauline (Edna/Edwina) Abercrombie (March 7, 1907 - April 14, 1936) -- Pauline was from Marietta, GA. Marriage certificate showed her signing as Edwina P. Riddell (Seattle, WA King County). Their Sons: DAVID LESLIE YEISLEY, Jr. (December 23, 1932 - living) m. Ila Lee Graves KENNETH BRUCE YEISLEY (January 18, 1934 - living) m. Mieko Kobayashi (February 1, 1933 living) Married September 24, 1956. Ken & Mieko's 5 daughters: (whew!) 1. Gayle Edwina (Yeisley) Helmke (January 10, 1957 - living) 2. We are eagerly trying to find information about Edna/Edwina Abercrombie. Until this day, we have not been able to find her Abercrombie line. Any Abercrombie help would be greatly appreciated! RIDDELL FAMILY: We have also come across some fantastic information on the Riddell family. The line we have discovered is as follows: SAMUEL RIDDELL m. Judith Coleman (Jan. 19, 1769) Nantucket, MA JOHN H. RIDDELL (1791) m. Ann Starbuck (March 30, 1911) Nantucket MA(?) VALENTINE STARBUCK RIDDELL (July 7, 1817-February 23, 1876) m. Lydia Swain (b. May 12, 1820 d. Feb. 18, 1853). They were married March 18, 1841 in Nantucket, MA. (Captain) Valentine S. Riddell was born in Nantucket, MA and died in Bruce Port/South Bend, WA. Lydia Swain Riddell died in Nantucket, MA.
Brother to Valentine Starbuck Riddell: JOHN RIDDELL (1836-Oct. 4, 1904) m. Mary Nechars Armstrong (Bruce Port/South Bend, WA) Mary was Chief Wakan's (Chief of the Satsop Tribe) daughter. John was Valentine Starbuck's brother. These two brothers helped to shape the community of South Bend, WA where they owned one of the first sawmill/lumber companys in that area during 1870's. ALBERT "DOC" RIDDELL (1874-Nov. 20, 1912) m. Hannah Elizabeth Sallakie/Salakie/Caffee(?) (1881-1905) South Bend, WA. VALENTINE JOSEPH RIDDELL (July 22, 1903-July 1, 1971) m. Pauline ABERCROMBIE (March 7, 1907-April 14, 1936) Their son: VALENTINE ALBERT RIDDELL (Aug. 6, 1926 - Oct. 4, 1932) Half-brother to David Leslie Yeisley, Jr. and Kenneth Bruce Yeisley.
