In June 1980, Eva and Bohumil Kral with their three young children escaped from Czechoslovakia. In October 1980 they arrived in America to start a new life. 25 years later, this web site was created in order to help capture and share as much history as possible. I'm planning to go back to Czech Republic in 2006 to learn and record many of the stories we've heard about our ancestors. Until then, I'll build as much as I can here and continue to update everything with your help. My goal is to publish a book full of photos, stories, etc. and share copies with everyone on our 30th anniversary of coming to America - October 21st, 2010. Until then, I'll be sharing progress via CDs. Please help! I can't do it without you... If you have any information to add, please let me know! If you have ideas - can't wait to hear from you! |
