I am researching both my parents families and my mother's family came from Ireland and also Norway. My mother's great grandfather sailed to America to seek his fortune before he called for his family - but they never heard from him again. His name was either Jensen James Christian Stiansen, or possibly James Steinson or Steenson. Any help in this mystery would be appreciated. |
