Elmer was born in Hartford, Ct in 1966. I am currently married with 5 children, 1 on her own. I have retired from the US Navy, 20 years total. Currently employed with Military Sealift Command (Federal Civilian Mariner, still working for US Navy). I became a foster child at age 5, losing all contact with blood relatives. I am trying to trace my family tree. my birth parents were Ralph Harold Scott, and Elisabeth Joanne French. Family location was and believed to still be the Northeast, particularly Connecticut.
