Gravestone of my 3rd Great Grandfather, Colonel Philip Fetterhoff (1788-1833). He led a regiment from his hometown to the defense of Baltimore in 1814, during the War of 1812. He was also served as County Coroner between 1821 and 1824. The stone is located at the cemetery at St. Peter's (Fetterhoff's) Church in Halifax, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Philip Fetterhoff's signature appears at the top (from the National Archives in Washington, D.C.)
