Eleanor Evaline Bishop (daughter of Harmon Bishop and Mary Kelly Williams)^{114, 115} was born March 19, 1847 in Mineral Springs, AR^{116, 117}, and died March 31, 1932 in Little Rock, AR^{118, 119}. She married William Henry Briggs on February 25, 1866¹²⁰, son of Chana Briggs and Martha Reeder.
