Notes for WILLIAM FRALEY:
      The 1850 Census showed children John M., Edward S., Athalinda, Amanda, Martha J. and Robert M. living with William & Mary in Rockingham Co., VA. It listed William and Edward S. as Blacksmiths. Mary and all the children were born in VA. The census also showed Jonas Simmoms, 22, living with them as a laborer. May 1998
      The 1840 Census of Augusta Co., VA, gives the name of the head of the household, William Fraley, and the ages of the members of the house. The ages of all the members of the family agreed with the information that I have. There is one male, age between 20-30, who I can not identify. There is also one male slave, between the ages of 10-24. August 1998
