This was a 1942 Christmas gift from my great uncle Jesse Henley, who adopted me after my mother died at my birth. He was working in Detroit, Michigan, and my great aunt Effie and my great grandmother, Malinda Kesterson Henley, were living at 4th and Poplar Streets in Murray, KY while he was away.
