WELCOME to my Home Page.I have worked on my family tree for about 10 years, but, until recently, have never wanted to put this information online.Right now I am only showing information that I believe to be 100% correct.If I am unsure about a date or name, I have left it blank for the time being.Some of this information has come from other researchers and I hope I have credited everyone properly. This family has been very hard for me to track.They are all ordinary people leading ordinary lives in ordinary circumstances. This will always be a work in progress. A lot of the notes you will find in these pages are mostly notes to me.Ideas and questions I have to help me pursue the search for an individual.

Clauda and Prentice (Rice) Bowen (26 KB) These are photos of my parents.They were taken before 1981. St. Clair Bowen and His Three Sons (71 KB) These are the Bowen men - George, Clauda, St. Clair, and Samuel. George H. Bowen - Distinguished Service Cross (111 KB) My uncle George was a medic in WWII and he received the Distinguished Service Cross for saving lives on the beaches of Normandy June 6,1944.He is mentioned in two of Stephen Ambrose's books - D-Day June 6, 1944:The Climatic Battle of World War II, and The Victors.
