Research currently includes Herbert family originating from: Urwegen, Transylvania, HungaryThey migrated to the Salem, Ohio area in early 1900's. Michael,Andrew, and Katherine migrated with their parents Michael andKatherine (Schmidt) Herbert. Michael's father's and mother'sname are unknown, but the person I am searching for wouldhave been born around the mid-1850's - he has at least one brother by the name of Andreas Herbert (who was married toAgnes Hamlescher). Andreas and Agnes had 3 children - Agnetha, Michael, and Matthew (died very young), of whichMichael stayed in Europe, but do not know where.
