| My research on the Herrings of Massachusetts begins in 1630 near Dedham. I have been researching this family for 30 years and have traced them to my present location, Toledo, OH. Early records indicate that my original Herring, Thomas of Dedham, MA, was an early Danish explorer. Still trying to establish that concrete link with Europe. I would appreciate any early research regarding this Herring line and am willing to share my research. |
