Welcome to the homepage of the Gan family. Originally coming from China, province Fukkien, they emigrated to Indonesia in the middle of the 19th century. They settled down in Purbalingga, Central Java. Now, the descendants are spread out over the whole world. Many of them are still in Indonesia, but there are also a lot of Gan members in Germany, Holland, USA, Australia, Canada. Even in Curacao you can find a Gan family, who belongs to our family tree.
