Hello... My name is John. I was adopted as an infant, and my goal in life, was to find out about my father's family. I was born a Herron in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1962 and adopted by C.W."Dub" and Dorothy Yates Crowder. Dorothy and My biological Mother, Ella Jeanette Yates, were sisters. My Fathers' family names are: Crowder,Herron/Herring,Hayden,Hampton,Clenton,Trout, Vassar and Hale from Missouri,Kentucky and Arkansas and Georgia. My Mothers' family names are: Yates, Peyton, Beaty, Barkclay from Arkansas, Kentucky and North Carolina. I have found an awesome hobby in researching my family. I am going to leave my mark by finding my family for myself, my siblings and their children. I have found some very interesting things about my family. There is a very interesting mix, from Indians and Blacksmiths, from ministers to murderers. There are many unique charactures in my family tree....as I will reveal eventually...
