My Genealogy Home Page

While I live in California, our Herrmann family roots extend back to southern Germany in the villages of Genkingen, Rohrwangen, Attenweiler, and Schammach (near Biberach and Munich). My great grandfather Jacob Herman (b. 9/20/1866; d. 8/23, 1950) came to the US around 1885. Jacob's father was Johann Michael Herman and his mother was Elisabetha Guter. Jacob lived with his uncle Johannes in Cincinnati when he first arrived. I am looking for relatives of Johannes and Sophie Herman.
