The Kirk E. Herzog family earliest ties are in New Orleans, LA. Johan Georg Herzog from the 1860's is the limit of my ancestor knowledge. Believe that he immigrated to New Orleans from Germany, but don't know when or how. Other familes of interest are the Kennedy family also from New Orleans. Thomas J. Kennedy immigrated from Ireland sometime after 1834. |
