| I am currently researching the four families mentioned. I would welcome any help with the Herveys who were reputedly Huguenots who settled in Barony, Glasgow and were silk merchants. The earliest record I have to date is a marriage in 1803 between John hervey and Janet Sharp. I would also welcome any information about the Hanbury family descended from John Hanbury who died in 1590. |
