| I have been interested my family history since high school when I did a family tree project in history class. I have written and published a book in 1983 "The Story of Melvin Jasper Heatwole and Mollie Grace Coffman" (Ancestors and Descendents and their Brothers and Sisters and their Descendents) This book is available for purchase from me.I am currently in the process of getting this book on internet.The first known European ancestor of the Heatwole family is a worthy clergyman, Pfarrer Georg Hutwhol, of Morschbach, Germany. He was born in 1545 and died in 1608. He was well educated in three well-known German universities and served as one of the first evangelical ministers of the Morschbach Church. |
