This page is dedicated to the descendants of Santiago Sr. and Felicitias Facio of El Paso County, Texas. This webpage is a working version in which I'll be attempting to allow family members access to revise or add to the tree, as well as, upload photographs, documents, etc. Please give me a lot of grace and forgive any errors, unintentional offenses (and yes they are unintentional) or whatever bad things may happen. I will happily take credit for any good stuff as well! :-)
This is fourth year of an ongoing project in which I'm researching my children's family history. As they have four main branches of research, this webpage is dedicated to the Facio Family from El Paso branch.
* As time permits, I am currently backtracking our family's immigration from southern Mexico during the late 1800's. Unfortunately official United States county and state records for Hispanic immigrants and their descendants at the turn of the twentieth century were not always meticulously kept. Further, I've also had some difficulty trying to obtain certain records from Mexico.
* Another lead that I will attempt to pursue will be the possible familial connection to the Facio family of Silver City.
If someone else is currently looking into these leads or can help in some way, please let me know.
I'm sure there are errors, if you find any please let me know so that they may be corrected. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. As you know I'm willing to share the information that I have.
