She married (2) ISAAC RAGSDALE, SR Bef. 1831, son of JOHN RAGSDALE and NELLIE HARNAGE. He was born Abt. 1814, and died Bef. 1895. She married (3) PLEASANT H NIX Bef. 1836. He was born Abt. 1790. She married (4) MOSES F ALBERTY Bef. 1840, son of JOHN ALBERTY and MARY WRIGHT. He was born April 22, 1820, and died April 15, 1872.

Notes for MOSES F ALBERTY:
Justice of the Middle Circuit of the Cherokee Nation from 1855 to 1859 and was elected Executive Councilor in 1867. He was the chief attorney for Ezekial Proctor who was charged with the murder at the time of the Going Snake court house fight in 1872 and during the fight he was shot and killed by what was supposed to have been an accidental stray shot.

Signer of the constitution of 1827 from Hightower District and of that of 1839. He was president of the Senate from 1841 to 1843. Elected Assistant Chief in 1839 and 1859. (on page 498 Starr's notes have Joseph as a signer from Cooweescoowee Dist.)
