Minda Louise Bratvold was the 8th child born to Hans Jakob Larsen-Nygaard-Bratvold & Johanna Olsen on August 21, 1867, in Norway. Minda married Svere Ruud and had four children. Minda was only 4 years old when her sister, my grandmother, left Norway for America. How exciting to see this picture of my great-aunt!
