46. BETHEL⁴ HICKOK (BENJAMIN³ HICKOCK, SAMUEL², WILLIAM¹) was born January 04, 1720/21 in Stamford Conn. He married SARAH MOREHOUSE November 11, 1748 in Stamford-Darien Conn.

Bethel served in Revolution 193 days in 1776 and reinlisted. I a letter from W.C. Hickok of Burlington, Vt., May 17,1857 to W. O. Hickok says.
1 Son went to Nova Scotia ( Writer believes this to be Morris Haycock)
1 Son went South (Ebenezer Hickok to Amherst County Va.)
1 Son, Capt. Samuel Hickok moved to Lansingburg, Ny and when they met several years later they all spelled their names differently.

Morris Heacock served 7 Months in the Revolution. Evidently, it wa not his "cup of tea" and he went to Nova Scotia. Morris Haycock was listed as a Loyalist in New Brunswick, Canada.

or Commacine.
After the death of sarah in 1743, married (2) 10/ /1743, Abigail Peck of
Milford and had 7 children.
