We are researching the family of Andreas "Jacob" Heidinger b. 1812 in the Iggelbach-Geiskopf area of Germany. He married Susan Schneider in 1844 and they had 12 children. He immigrated to America 1853 and was followed by his wife and six children in 1856 They settled in western Pennsylvania having six more children. We are also researching the William Frazier Hooks family. William, b. in 1779 & his wife, Susanna, b. in 1787 left Penna. in 1807 and settled in Guernsey Co., Ohio. They had 14 children, who left home to settle in Iowa, Nebraska, IllinoisAny information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
