My personal research consisted mainly of obtaining information from Tomb Stones in our family burial plot, family bible and family notes. The greatest additions to my immediate family records were contributed by my cousin Bertold Hieber of Uslar, Germany. He has spent over twenty five years researching monastery records and other such resources to compile genalogy records of my ancestors dating back to 1590 in Germany, the United States, South America and other locations.
