| We have traced our family history back to Bartholomew and Daniel Highsmith. It is beleived that Bartholomew Highsmith was a mariner and did not leave much of a faimly record. It is also beleived that Bartholomew begated Daniel and records or history may have been lost because of this action. Any information that we can help each other with would greatly be appreciated. My family members trace back to the Carolinas, Kentucky, Georgia, Arkansas, Indiana and Illinois. |
