The Tingle side of my family is from Henry Co., KY and descends from Littleton Tingle who was born about 1766 in Maryland and died in 1848 in Henry Co., KY. The Hicks family descends from William Hicks who married Mary Swanger.William fought in the Revolutionary War and received a pension for his services. He was born in Virginia and lived in various places in central Kentucky.He died in Jessamine Co., KY. My Gullion family descends from Patrick Gullion.My particular branch came from Carroll County, KY. Last updated 5/23/2000 |
