Eugene BOWLING married (1) Minnie B. WEBB on 26 Jun 1891. Minnie, born
in 1875 at OH; died in 1959 at WV.

According to Cassandra Faulkner, a grandson of Eugene and Minnie states
That his grandmother Minnie B. Webb was a daughter of Jack Webb, a school teacher at Marrowbone KY in the 1890s. Jack's parents were Plez Webb and Susan (Silky) Bolling. His records state that Susan Bolling was born in NC in 1826 and that she died in Pike County KY in 1929. County music stars Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle are descended from this branch of the family. Several references have been made to Jack Webb's mother as being a sister or half-sister to Henry Clay Bowling. Jack Webb was a witness at Henry's first marriage (to Susannah Adkins).
