The Hintz Family of Waterloo County, Canada

We are researching the HINTZ family. My grandfather was George Hintz. He was born March 27, 1868 (place unknown).The family came from Prussia (date unknown). He married Magdalene Theodore and lived in Waterloo, County in Ontario, Canada in the early 1900's. We have much info back to the mid 1800's but very little before this time.
