WILLIAM PAUL HALE CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA - William Paul Hale, 76, died Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Grace Health Care, Abington, Virginia. He was born in Castlewood, Virginia; son of the late Larkin and Elizabeth Bailey Hale. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Liddia Belle Hale; one son, Randy Hale; and one step daughter, Teresa Harris. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Hale; two sons, Roger Hale and wife, Jennifer of Castlewood, Virginia and Wes Hale and wife, Ruth of Bristol, Virginia; one sister, Ruby Baker of Castlewood, Virginia; two step daughters, Debbie Osborne of Lebanon, Virginia and Denise Thomas of Castlewood, Virginia; one step son, Jeff Stevens of Cleveland, Virginia; six grandchildren, Gary Hale, Anthony Hale, Kevin Hale, Krista Elder, Amanda Hale, and Heather Hale; seven step grandchildren; one great grandchild, Haley Hale; several step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephew. Funeral Service for William Paul Hale will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2006 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Ted Phillips officiating. Committal Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2006 in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia. The family will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Friday. Pallbearers will be Grandsons and Step Grandsons. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2006 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia.
