|I have been tracing my family tree for a few years now.The Fallin name is believed to arrived from Ireland, although I have not been able to trace a name to America having coming from Ireland directly into my Fallin line.
Charles and Redmond
It is not yet known if the two are related they could be father and son or brothers ??
I (with the help of others) have the Fallin line traced to a Charles Fallin and Redmond Fallin.
Charles was born Abt. 1646 in St. Stephens Parish, Northumberland County VA. Charles died in April of 1701 he was married to Jane. (This line has been researched by Ralph Fallin and William Porter)
And Redmond (my line) was born in 1660 and died in 1722 in Dorchester County, MD. he married Frances Kemble. They had a son named Redmond Fallin Jr. born 1702. and died in Queens Anne County, MD, he married Rachael Millis. Redmond and Rachael had a son named Redmond Fallin , he died in Pittsylvania County, VA. (<-- these are assumed)
(these are varified -->) This Redmond married Susanna and had a son named Edmond Fallin born in 1738 and died Pittsylvania County, VA. Edmond married Nancy and they had a son named Edmond Fallin born in 1768 in Pittsylvania County, VA. Redmond married Elizabeth Gwin. Redmond and Elizabeth had a son named William Luther Fallin born on April 04, 1804 in Stokes County, NC and died on May 18, 1891. William married Elizabeth Eva Phillips and had had eleven children one of which was my Great-Great grandfather Henry Hardin Fallin who had served in the Civil War. (this line has been researched by myself and by Joyce and Rowland Berryman).
