| Welcome to our Ancestors Here you will find selected descendant trees of our ancestors. It is imposable to show every one but if you select under My Family History, Index of Individuals you will find every name listed from the past to the present. If your name is not listed and you would care to share any information of your self and children, please e-mail the information to myself and I will include it. This is your information and nothing will be given out with out your permission. You will also notice that any information other than your name for any one living will not be shown. I am researching the Hiscock, Reid, Patterson, Baldwin and Eckley families. The first known appearance of George Hiscock and his wife Amanda Catherine Smith was August 24, 1841 in Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada where they were married. George Hiscock was born in 1826 and died from decease while in the Civil War on June 23, 1864. He was buried in the National Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Amanda Catherine (Smith) Hiscock was born in New York in 1821. In 1870 census she was living in Burchville Township, Saint Clair County, Michigan. The Reid and Patterson families came from Dormara, Ireland in the mid 1800’s. Their ancestors included Robert Reid and wife Elizabeth Betty Farquhar and John Reid and wife Elizabeth Wallace. The Patterson family ancestors were Joseph Patterson and wife Nancy Thompson. These families came into the United States of America by way of Port Huron, Michigan and settled in North Street and Avoca Michigan. I am also looking for any information on the Baldwin and Eckley Families. These will be added later. Please check out our genealogy web site that includes articles and pictures of their descendants. Any information would be appreciated. These families came into the United States of America by way of Port Huron, Michigan and settled in North Street and Avoca Michigan.
