Researching the Hitz's from Switzerland/Lebanon County, PA.Lantz, George, Walter...all from Lebanon, Pa.


Some surnames attached to the Hitz's are: Killian, Schmick, Light, Fees/Fies, Ulrich, Fields, McCord, Eby.

Lantz Hitz came from Switzerland to Philadelphia in 1818.
Lantz and his sister Mary were the only family to survive the trip. Their father John, and their two brothers died aboard ship. Their mother Barbara, died in Amsterdam prior to the trip to America.
