| In 1992 my father and I were discussing our family tree, and after some discussion we decided to start this project. He was the family contact and researcher and I did the compiling of the jumble of information he collected. During the past 6 years I have used various programs and have found this one to be wonderful for someone that isn't a trained typist. Within my extended family, my sister in law, Debra J. Johnson has posted her FTP with its own obvious links to mine. My next objective is to attach my mothers side that was compiled by my mother and sister, specifically "Lovelace". My true interest however lies in locating information about James L. Hodges Sr. who resided in Conneticut about 1800. his son forward is what we have been able to trace so far.So to all who have gotten bitten by this bug, any suggestions, comments or hints would be greatly appreciated. |
