| I am currently trying to find information on the parents ofLewis Holland born 1777 in Pitt/Craven Co., North Carolina, he died in 1836 in Jackson County, Florida. He was married to Sarah Sutton Davis September 15, 1794, in Craven Co.,North Carolina, andto Elizabeth ? Pitt/Craven Co., North Carolina.One of his sons John Holland born in North Carolina, 1800, was married to Hulda who was born in Georga, 1805. The childern I know about are; Allen Lafayette Holland born in Alabama, January 5,1842, (who is my Great Grandfather)Louisa Holland (Cox) born in Florida 1834, Julia A. Holland (Cox) born in Alabama 1837, Jasper Holland born in Alabama 1840, Lewis W. Holland born 1846. The Hollands haved lived in several different States, some of them are; Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, California.
