Notes for Mary R. ?: NOTE: The marriage of Asbury Young and Mary is based on the 1900 Clay County, Alabama census. In that year brothers Isaac and David Young, children of Redmond Young, were living with Mary in Clay County. The children were described as "nephews". The only brother to Redmond that I have located is Asbury (or Asberry) which would seem to indicate that he was the husband of Mary. Mary indicates in the 1900 census that she was childless.
