I am related to the pellew family and the benbow family and I want to know more information about them. My aunt researched a family tree going back to Grace Pellew who according to her is a daughter of Edward Pellew, first earl of Exmouth but she does not appear in biographies, etc. and I am wondering if she is in fact the daughter of another member of the family, or was disinherited. Edward Benbow Trahar was my great great grandfather and I am trying to find out the connection between the Trahars and the Benbows in Cornwall. |
