Descendents of Timothy Wood

Our family is beginning to research our family history. We are direct descendents of Timothy Wood b. March 13, 1773. We do not yet know if it was in England or the United States. We have many letters received by our great, great, great grandfather, Allen Wood from his siblings living in New York. Allen moved his family to Michigan in 1844. Our aim is to find any information on the children of Timothy. We know he had 6 children with his first wife Lydia; they were: John H., Jonas, Nancy, Abigail, Allen, and Eliza. Timothy had 8 children with his second wife Lucy (Smith); they were: Jebidiah, Smith, Sally Ann, Lydia, Timothy Jr., Milton, Andrew, and Horace. If you have any information, please contact us.
