Updated August 24, 2008

There are many and sundry errors in this old dragged around program, with all those dumb reference citing one FTM version to another as "proof". Thus we have begun a clean version in the new Riggin, Riggins, Riggans, Ragan, Regan report. We will work slowly here, and offer only what we can prove or strongly surmise. Those who seek your relatives that once appeared are advised to write

Beginning in Colonial Maryland, This branch of the Riggins,Riggan,Ragan etc family shows evidence of Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina,South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama residence before 1830. Though proof before Georgia is not yet on this site, we hope to enter our data shortly. We can now definitely trace six of the eight known in-laws of Littleton Riggins to their Colonial roots. Anyone with Maryland Riggin roots, please contact us through E-mail.

The Gant information has been restored to this site, due to a recent discovery of 3 Bible records belonging to the families of Merium Riggins Beaird

The Libby information, my father's, picks up where the Libby "books" leave off.
