Elizabeth Steadham (b. July 23, 1842, d. 1910)

Elizabeth Steadham (daughter of William Addison Steadham and Elvira Margaret Olive Street)^{281, 282, 283} was born July 23, 1842 in Alabama, and died 1910. She married Henry Richard Bassett, son of Nathan Bassett.

Notes for Elizabeth Steadham:
Joseph Earle Steadman wrote a book titled BARTON and STEDMAN also STEEDMAN and STEADMAN FAMILIES that gives an extensive history of this line. Elizabeth Steadham is mentioned on page 39 first marrying a Conley then to Richard Bassett. It does not elaborate their children. At the Alabama Genweb website under the Cemetary information, Springhill Bapt Church you will find their daughter Eliza who married John Johnson and the parents of each are elaborated there.
