Researching ancestors of Philip Housworth, born NYC in 1774, possibly of German immigrants. He lived in Georgia after about 1820 and descendentsspread into the state and also into Texas.Also researching Thomas Houseworth born in NYC 1828 - his possible connection to Philip, and his descendents. Thomas was a successful publisher of stereoviews and ran a studio in San Francisco approx. 1850 thru 1880's and died there in 1915. Happy to share information I have about both individuals and their families with others. |
